Championship: 11th Place – Roger Goindoo ($12,000)

$2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 8K/16K/2K ante

The other big hand happening at the same time Rober Goindoo all-in against Bruce Snell with AdJh versus 2h2s on the Js5s2c flop. There was no help when the 8h and 4s to put him on a very short stack.

Goindoo moved in a few hands later for just 21,000 and found four callers. His opponents checked down the TdTc7c8h board before Snell bet 30,000 on the 6h river. He got folds all around until Goindoo tabled KsQh which was no good against Snell’s Ah9c straight to send Goindoo out in 11th place for $12,000.

Championship: 12th Place – Richard Kirsch ($12,000)

$2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 8K/16K/2K ante

Two big hands were going on at the same time and the first one saw Skip McDonough get all-in against Richard Kirsch with KhKc dominating AdQd. McDonough lead in the hand was cemented immediately on the Kd9d7h flop but needed to dodge flush outs. The board finished 3c and 5h to send Kirsch out in 12th place for $12,000.

Championship Event: 13th Place – Abbey Daniels ($9,500)

2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 6K/12K/1K ante

Hans Winzeler opened for a raise to 25,000 and Abbey Daniels moved all in over the top. It was folded back to Winzeler who made the easy call with AsAc. Daniels had Ah9c and would get a small glimmer of hope on the Js9h4c flop but no nine would come on the turn or river and Daniels was eliminated in 13th place for $9,500.

Championship: 14th Place – David Nowling ($9,500)

$2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 8K/16K/2K ante

Just two hands after Noah Schwartz was sent out, David Nowling shoved his small stack after John Dolan opened for a min-raise. Action folded back to the November Niner and Dolan quickly called with Ah6h ahead of As5d.

Nowling picked up a gut-short Wheel draw on the Kc4d3c flop. Dolan hit the 6s turn and the tournament was done for Nowling on the 4c river. He picks up $9,500 for his 14th place finish.

Blinds: 6K/12K/2K ante

On the last hand of the level, Raymond McDonough opened to 36,000 from early position and Iraj Fariab called before Noah Schwartz shoved in his short stack. John Dolan folded and Richard Kirsch immediately shoved all-in over the top.

McDonough and Fariab let their hands go and Schwartz saw his move with 8d6d was in trouble against the JdJs of Kirsch. Schwartz improved on the Ts8s3s flop but was unable to improve on the turn or river to go out in 15 place for $9,500.

Championship: 16th Place – Derek Alley ($8,000)

$2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 6K/12K/2K ante

Roger Goindoo was moved to Table 24 to balance the tables after Michael Beasley’s elimination and he wasted no time mixing it up. He was still unpacking his chips when he opened to 27,000 from early position.

Bruce Snell called in the small blind before Derek Alley shoved from the big blind for 195,000. Goindoo thought it over before finally calling with 7h7c, Snell got out of the way and Alley showed the flipping AsJs.

The board ran out Qs9h3h9d6h to finish the tournament for Alleh in 16th place for $8,000.

Championship: 17th Place – Mike Beasley ($8,000)

2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 6K/12K/1K ante

Mike Beasley opened for 26,000 and it was folded to Cliff Gladstone in the blinds who made it 61,000 to go. Beasley made the call and the two would see a flop of Js6h3s. Gladstone led out for 35,000 and Beasley made the call.

The turn was the 5h and Gladstone moved all in for an effective 140,000. Beasley went into the tank, taking time to pay the cocktail waitress for his food, and Gladstone eventually called the clock. Once he did that, Beasley quickly grabbed a stack of chips and slapped them down in the middle to indicate a call.

Beasley turned over 7s7d and would need to hit a seven or four on the river as Gladstone had the over pair with KdKc. The river was the Qs and Gladstone pumped his fists in celebration as Beasley was eliminated in 17th place for $8,000.

Championship: Winzeler Bluffs Van Sanford

2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 6K/12K/1K ante

Ryan Van Sanford opened for 26,000 and found one caller in Hans Winzeler. The flop came 8c7s7d and Van Sanford led out for 38,000 and was called by the chip leader. The turn was the 5d and Van Sanford bet again, this time for 69,000. Winzeler again called.

The river was the 7h and Van Sanford sat still for about twenty seconds before tapping the table. Winzeler thought for a moment and put out a bet of just under 100,000. Van Sanford folded quickly and Winzeler turned over Td9d for a draw that didn’t get there.

Championship: 18th Place – Luis Santoni ($8,000)

2,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event
Blinds: 6K/12K/2K ante

Luis Santoni raised to 27,000 from middle position and called a 65,000 three-bet from Hans Winzeler to see the QcJs5h flop. Santino checked and Winzeler asked how much Santoni was playing.

Winzeler then pushed out enough 25k chips to put Santoni all-in and he took his time before the shrugging call with KsJd for second pair. Winzeler turned over KcTh for the open-ended straight draw which got there right on the 9h turn to send Santoni out in 18th place for $8,000.
