It didn’t take long to lose three players after the break and Flight D is down to its last two tables of the evening. Play will come to an end when only 11 players remain and they will bag up for a return on Sunday.

Coco Poker Open Championship final table members Jason Dollinger and Matt Smith were among the recently departed but we still have Jason Gooch, Michael Newman, and Stu Paterson around with chips.

Jordan Cutter

It took Flight D players less than one level to go from four tables to three tables remaining. Those among the departed included Mukul Pahuja, Josh Beckley, and Jordan Cutter.

Cutter was eliminated by Jason Gooch when he moved his short stack in the middle with AcJc and was up against JhJd. Cutter found an ace but Gooch hit the case jack on the AhKcJs flop. The 9h turn was no help and Cutter couldn’t hit one of his two outs on the 9c river.

Play continues to move at a brisk pace this evening and we are down to the last four tables of the night. We’ve lost a few favorites, including Jessica Dawley and Raminder Singh, but there are plenty of top players still around.

We found two recent Coco Poker Open Champion final table members seated next to each other. Jason Dollinger went out of the Championship in tenth place for $12,000 and Matt Smith finished in seventh for a cool $31,000.

Players are back in their seats after the second break and registration officially closed for the evening on Flight D. The fourth run drew the biggest crowd of the tournament so far and the 113 entrants will play down until 11 remain.

Jason Gooch looks like the biggest stack in his room and his 134,000 would be an above average stack for Day 2 if they stopped right now.

Raminder Singh – 54,600 (55 bb)

Flight D entered Level 8 leaving only 45 minutes left to get in the game. They entrant count clicked over 100 during the seventh level and we could see this become the biggest flight of the tournament so far.

A few more names have thrown themselves into the mix including former Coco Poker Open champ Antonio Campbell and 2015 WSOP Main Event runner-up Josh Beckley.

They’ll play out Level 8, take a 15-minute break, and registration will close up shop when they return.
