A player in middle position raised to 7,500. Daren Stabinski called from two to his left. The button called as well and so did the big blind. With four players already in the pot, Kunal Patel, who claimed one of the biggest stacks in the room, defended his big blind.

Flop: — Action checked to the original raiser. He C-bet to 12,000. Stabinski and the button folded. The small blind flatted and action was back on Patel. He sat still as a statue for the better part of a minute, then reached into his stack and raised to 52,000. The middle position player folded and it was on the small blind. Holding a decent stack himself, he re-checked his hole cards before surrendering the pot to Patel.

With that, Patel added more than 60,000 to his stack with no showdown necessary.
