Cesar Fuentes, who won the final event of the 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open just last month, opened from middle position for 2,500. Martin Carnero, fresh off an 8th-place finish in the 2016 SHRP Player of the Year race, called from the button and the big blind came along as well.
