One of the premiere events of the 2019 World Series of Poker Circuit at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek concluded Friday night in South Florida. The tournament was the $2,200 High Roller Re-Entry and it was Florida’s Jeff Trudeau that defeated the 73-entry field scoring $46,363 and his seventh gold ring.

“I feel pretty good,” Trudeau told the WSOP after the win. “I just played and ran really well during the final table. I had some very fortunate spots.”

Good fortune was needed against a decorated final table that stacked up as follows:

Seat 1: Carlos Guerrero
Seat 2: Brett Bader
Seat 3: Nicholas Visconti
Seat 4: Chad Eveslage
Seat 5: Jeffrey Trudeau
Seat 6: Sam Panzica
Seat 7: Jason Shinbaum
Seat 8: John Corsi
Seat 9: David Prociak

Trudeau and fellow Floridian David Prociak were neck-and-neck to start the final table with 73 and 71 big blinds apiece. The top duo took control as each of their tough competitors hit the rail leaving them to battle it out heads-up for the trophy and top prize. Prociak had a huge heads-up lead, but eventually succumbed to Trudeau.

For Prociak, the runner-up finish earned him $28,655. For Trudeau, it was an impressive seventh ring and a score that moved him over $1,700,000 in career earnings.

With 73 entries, the $50,000 guarantee was smashed to the tune of a $146,000 prize pool. The top 11 spots paid and the final tournament results are available below.
