Level 25: 15,000/30,000/5,000 Ante

Kevin Ho had a very swingy two hands, the first saw Nathan Bjerno move all-in after Ho three-bet. It was a quick call with AhQh but Ho was behind Bjerno’s AcKc. The KhKdTs all but locked the hand up for Bjerno then eabred his double after the 6c turn and 9h river.

Bjerno: 1,725,000
Ho: 530,000

One hand later and Ho was at it again but with Cord Garcia this time. All the chips were in the middle after the 2s2h2d3s6c board was complete. Ho quickly turned over his quad-happy Td2c to beat Garcia’s JhJd and build his stack back up.

Ho: 1,250,000
Garcia: 1,300,000

The seven remaining players took their time to feel each other out after the dinner break, but that only lasted one orbit. Danny Notice opened to 60,000 from under the gun to get calls from Jean Gaspard and James Brown.

Notice checked the Ks8c6c flop and Gaspard bet out 90,000. Brown moved all-in and Notice called, Gaspard hemmed before letting his hand go. Notice was on a flush draw with Ac4c against Brown’s top pair KdTh.

Notice missed his flush draw and over card when the board completed 7d3s to send him out shortly after dinner.

Notice: Eliminated in 7th place
Brown: 1,842,000

Matt Affleck limped his button followed by call and check from Kevin Ho and Nathan Bjerno in the blinds. An innocent beginning to the Ks7h2c flop.

Ho and Bjerno checked, Affleck bet out 26,000 to get a call from Ho and fold from Bjerno. Ho checked again after the 9c turn and check/raised to 400,000 after Affleck bet 150,000. A four-bet shove from Affleck got a call from Ho with two pair Kh7d.

Affleck was ahead with 2h2d and his set of ducks dodged the 6c river for the double.

Affleck: 2,100,000
Ho: 1,550,000

Ioannis Patsourakis was milking his short stack for all its might and even laddered up a few spots before running into the “Prince”. He moved all-in for his small 65,000 and Gaspard called next to act. The rest of table let their hand go and the two were off.

Gaspard: KhJs
Patsourakis: AdJd

Patsourakis was ahead for the tiny double but Gaspard smashed the KcKs8s flop. No miracle for Patsourakis and he was gone in 9th place for $16,000.

Kevin Ho and Andre Pillow were heads up to the Js9d3d flop and there they lit the fireworks. Ho was all-in with KcKd and needed to catch after Pillow flopped a set with 3c3h.

His rail was yelling for a King but added a diamond demand after the 4d turn. Ho was delivered the four flush saving 6d river to send him into the lead.

Ho: 2,800,000
Pillow: 305,000
