Event 1: Bardah doubles to chip lead, Crumpler out in 24th

$560 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

Blinds 12K/24K Ante 3K

Ronnie Bardah has taken over the chip lead after doubling up against then chip leader Joey Weissman with A-K against Joey’s pocket tens.

The big aces are winning their races as Marla Crumpler learned the hard way when her tens would also fall, this time to Juan Peraltas and his A-Q. Crumpler finished in 24th place for $1,917.

Event 2: Green Goes Out on Bubble

$240 Pot Limit Omaha Eight or Better (Re-Entry)

Jeff Green (West Palm Beach) Bubble Boy - $0
Jeff Green (West Palm Beach)
10th Place –  $0

In a close count between Jeff Green & Michael Moed, Green is just a few chips short and finishes in 10th place, one spot from the money.

Green flops a set of Kings on a board of K-6-4 and is all in for 24k against Moed’s baby flush draw with A-Q-2-3. But Moed gets the fortunate run out of T-J for the rivered straight.

While Green is the bubble boy, the players were able to help him out with a parting gift that is helping ease the pain.

The final 9 players are now in the money for a min cash of $354 as they play for the $4,014 top prize.

Event 1: Two fall, down to 24

$560 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)

Blinds 12K/24K Ante 3K

With the flop showing Ac9s5d, Enrique Roman led out for 103K into a pot of approximately 150K. Ryan Bunes raised it up to 230K and after thinking for a few moments, Roman made the call. The turn was the 2h and Roman checked and Bunes did not think too long before moving all in for his last 356K. Enrique again thought about what to do, and nodded his head while announcing a call. He turned over AdQc and drew the admiration of his table mates when Ryan could only turn over AsTs. The river was no help for Bunes and he is our 26th place finisher, collecting $1,917 for his efforts.

Stuart Paterson was also eliminated. He finished in 25th place also taking home $1,917.
