Ian O’Hara opened to 5,500 from middle position and reigning Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year David Prociak three-bet to 16,000 from the cutoff. It folded back to O’Hara and he moved all-in. Prociak had about 50,000 behind and called putting his tournament life at risk.
The dealer made it quick, putting out the flop. The turn and river were no help for Prociak and he was eliminated by O’Hara.
As Prociak’s consolation prize, he stopped by the media desk to pick up his 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year trophy. Gracious in defeat, he even made time for a quick photo with it.
Ian O’Hara – 225,000
David Prociak – Eliminated
