The day’s final level is underway, and the battle atop the leaderboard is tightly contested.
Faraz Jaka appears to have the field pipped right now, sitting with just shy of 200,000 chips in front of him. Prince Gaspard and James Brown have about 180,000 apiece, and Michael Luo was right there with them until just a moment ago.
In his most recent hand, Luo and his opponent were heads up on the turn of a 
board. Luo was the bettor, and he led for 20,000 into a pot of about 35,000. His opponent moved all in for 96,200, and Luo spent several minutes in the tank. He eventually folded, slipping back down the leaderboard just a bit.
Luo’s stack of 155,000 still puts him well above average, but everyone is chasing Jaka at the moment.
