Jonathan Kramer opened to 36,000 from the cutoff and Tony Utnage three-bet shoved from the button for 175,000. The blinds released and Kramer quickly called.
Kramer: Utnage:
Utnage ran into a monster and the board did nothing to save his spot in the tournament.

After some extended bubble play at the final table, Corey Burbick opened to 60,000 from early position for a good piece of his stack. Jonathan Kramer three-bet to 110,000 next to act and the rest of the table folded. Burbick called for his last 85,000 and was at risk.
Burbick: Kramer:
Burbick’s suited ace was smaller than Kramer’s suited ace and the did not help. Burbick picked up a flush draw on the turn but he blanked the river to exit one spot short of the money.

The tournament clock recently ticked up past 300 entries and settled in at 312 for now. Jackie Scott is not one of them as she found a tough rail, getting 22,300 in the middle holding pocket sixes. She was up against pocket fives and in great position to double up, but the turn had other ideas. Her pair was no good versus a set and she was eliminated midway through Level 8.
The Main Event permits a single re-entry per flight and those unable to get here today can play Day 1B tomorrow beginning at 11am. The total figure needed to beat the $1,000,000 guarantee is 661.

$3,250 High Roller $100,000 Guaranteed | Structure Return to Level 14: 1,500/3,000 with a 3,000 ante Players Remaining: 19 of 65
The $3,250 WSOP Circuit High Roller began yesterday at 4pm and played 12 levels of play. In that time, 65 entries got in the game and they bet and raised their way to only 19 left. They return today at 2pm and registration closes at that time, so both the entry count and the “returning players” figure are expected to go up a touch.
There’s a familiar face at the top of the counts as Seminole regular Chad Eveslage is looking down at everyone else. Eveslage’s stack of 295,000 is best, but there’s a stacked field on his heels including defending champion Dominique Mosley, Jeff Trudeau, Ian O’Hara, Martin Ryan, Brett Bader and others.
