Yesterday’s flights combined to draw 159 entries with 16 advancing to Day 2. Today’s flights are expected to surpass those numbers and help surge the prize pool up into six-figure territory with Saturday’s Flight E and F pushing it above and beyond the guarantee.

Flight C players took their seats to 16,000-chip starting stacks and will log 30-minute levels throughout the event. Registration and re-entry are available until ~3:30pm with play concluding when it narrows to 9% of the starting field.

Play has come to an end, after a long grind, when chip leader Albert Barney eliminated Todd Altinbas in a blind versus blind race. Barney was ahead with against and smashed the flop. It finished and to lock up the hand and finish play for the evening.

These six players will join the other ten from Flight A and the next four flights. Barney finished with the combined chip lead of 369,500.

Flight B dropped down to the last two tables not long after registration closed. We found one of the late entrants was none other than WPT Season XII Player of the Year Mukul Pahuja. The three-time WSOP Circuit ring winner jump in late but was unable to run it up.

The box office is now closed on Flight B of Event 13 and the final number shows 58 entrants getting in the game. That also locks in the number who will make the money and advance to Day 2. They will continue playing this evening until only six player remain and those players will bag up for Sunday afternoon’s return.

Everyone right now is chasing Jacquelyn Scott. The 2015 WSOP bracelet winner bagged the most in the early flight and 332,000 is the magic number.

Flight B moved into the eighth level of the evening and it is the last chance for players to make their way down to The Pavilion to hop into the final flight of the day.

We have 56 entrants in the game including Howard Mash looking to continue his Coco Poker Open success. He finished second in the Heads Up event one year after winning it, plus he added another title in the series last year.
