Event 3 Day 1A: Marcus Rivers Van Sanford

$560 No Limit Hold’em Deep Stack (Re-Entry)
Blinds: 1k/2k/200 ante

Even with the deep stacks, sometimes it takes a wild hand to get another one out. Greg Marcus and Ryan Van Sanford were firing at each other until Marcus has him all-in with the board reading 9s8h7h7s.

Van Sanford turned up KxKx for the best hand at that time against the AdTh of Marcus and his 11 outs. When the dealer dropped the Jd, it was Steven Miller who had the biggest reaction to the rivered straight.

Marcus had Van Sanford barely covered to send him out in 14th. The Miami resident is no stranger to success with four final tables, two titles this year, and just missing out on winning the 2014 Seminole Hard Rock Player of the Year but a just a few points to Angel Vu.
