The Flight B clock shows 432 entries and they’re in the midst of a one-hour dinner break. The combined field sits at over 800 and registration and re-entry are still available until about 8:45pm.

With blinds heading to 400/800 with a 100 ante, the small stacks are hitting the rail and there are a handful of big one building. Peter Jacobson claims one of the largest with 127,000, and he’s trailed closely by Andrew Pacifico’s 114,000.

She visited HardRockPoker.com, provided her name, e-mail address and zip code and was selected at random to earn a seat in today’s Main Event. Admittedly inexperienced, Shanahan is settling into her table and enjoyed a few laughs with her tablemates. Prior to registering, she got some pointers from her son, Matthew, who accompanied her to the event.

Both Maria and Matthew are in their seats and hope to score a nice win off mom’s freeroll.

In addition to the lion’s share of a prize pool that’s now better than $1,100,000, the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek Circuit Main Event Champion is set to earn a gold ring and a seat in the Global Casino Championship. The season-ending GCC is slated to boast a $10,000 buy-in and players will compete for a minimum prize pool of $1,000,000. For many, the extra $10,000 value is quite enticing, but for Nagui Yass, it’s old hat.

Yassa, a regular at any Seminole Hard Rock series, earned Casino Champion honors during Hollywood’s Circuit. Like the Main Event Champion, the Casino Champion earns entry in the prestigious, unique event. Yassa earned the honors following four cashes and two final table appearances. With a GCC seat already locked, Yassa is in action here in Coconut Creek looking for a big score, but is down to about half starting stack.

Florida’s John Dolan got knocked down to half starting stack in Level 1 of yesterday’s Flight A. He recovered, but hit the rail shy of a bag. He returned to today’s Flight B and has had a much better go of it. The second break of the day wrapped just a few moments ago and Dolan sits on better than 50,000.

The clock shows 363 players bringing the running two-flight total to 733 and unofficial prize pool of $1,099,500.

Farid Jattin lead an flop from the small blind and Neil Blumenfield called from the button. The turn was the and Jattin casually fanned 13,500 in the middle. Blumenfield, who had Jattin covered, eyed the bet to see if Jattin was all-in (he wasn’t). Blumenfield re-checked his hole cards and then found a fold. Jattin took a small pot and stacked about 24,000 chips.

Like the aforementioned David Bradshaw, Jattin enjoyed some success at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa. He, too, claimed victory in the Winter Poker Open Championship earning more than $240,000.

David Bradshaw, who won the 2016 Winter Poker Open Championship in Tampa to catapult him into Player of the Year contention back then, recent;y doubled through an opponent.

Flop: — Bradshaw had his last roughly 6,600 at risk in the middle. A lone opponent matched the bet and Bradshaw was in good shape to double.

Bradshaw improved to a flush and doubled up. Despite the good fortune, he still sits at just under starting stack with about 15,000 chips.

Tampa’s AJ Kelsall has plenty of reasons to be all smiles in Flight B of the $1,000,000 guaranteed.

First, Kelsall’s Philadelphia Eagles are fresh off a Super Bowl victory that Kelsall was in attendance for. Second, Kelsall has ran hot to start the first few levels of today’s play and holds one of the biggests stacks in the room — roughly 53,000.

Players are back in their seats following the first break and the clock shows 287 in the action to this point. That puts the tournament just 10 entries shy of the seven-figure guarantee.

Dominique Mosley won the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek co-headliner yesterday claiming victory in the High Roller ring event. Mosley bested a 74-entry field in the $3,250 buy-in, $100,000 guaranteed tournament pocketing $75,480. He’s back in the game today playing Flight B of the $1,000,000 guarantee. He had worked his way up to slightly above starting stack, but recently surrendered a small pot and sits at roughly 20,000.
