One of the headline events of the Coconut Creek World Series of Poker Circuit is just about an hour away from kickoff. Event 9, the $2,200 High Roller, begins at 4pm and is expected to draw a tough field with big prizes up for grabs.

Players begin with 20,000 chips and are set to log 40-minute levels throughout. Day 1 wraps following Level 12 with Day 2 set to begin Friday at 2pm. Registration is open until the start of the restart and the final prize pool and payouts will be available at that time.

4PM: Event 9 Day 1 – $2,200 High Roller (Re-Entry)

  • $50,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool
  • Players begin with 20,000 in chips
  • Level are 40 minutes in length
  • Day 1 will end after Level 12 or Tournament Director discretion
  • Registration and re-entry are available until the start of Day 2
  • Day 2 begins Friday, September 21st at 2pm

Last February’s event drew 74 entries with Dominique Mosley earning gold. In addition to the ring, he went home with $75,480.
