Bardah has a piece of tissue stuck to his face right beneath his nose. “I cut myself shaving,” he explained. “It won’t stop bleeding.” Daniels, not knowing Bardah, tweeted about it:

Some guy at my table has a bloody tissue stuffed up his nose. Anything in the rules about that?

TDA rules apparently do not have any bloody nose penalties so Bardah is safe for now.
