Raffaello Locatelli raised to 31,000 from middle position and Wally Maddah defended his big blind. They went heads up to an flop. Maddah checked and Locatelli bet 36,000. Maddah called.
The turn fell the and Maddah checked again. Locatelli raised the bet, pushing forward 88,000. Maddah thought for a bit, then matched the bet sending the action to the river.
Fifth street came the and Maddah kept up his story, checking a third time. Locatelli kept up his story, too, doubling down by shoving forward an all-in bet. The amount was 218,000 and Maddah him covered only slightly. After a couple agonizing minutes of thought, Maddah called.
“Can you beat a seat?” Locatelli said turning over for a rivered set.

A start-studded field returns today at 1pm to compete for a $25,667 top prize and a gold ring in Event 7 of the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek WSOP Circuit, a $600 buy-in gold ring event. Nine-time ring winner Martin Ryan leads the action while a slew of six notables join him at the final table.
The tournament is already well into the money with each player having locked up $3,043. All are just a few eliminations from the ultimate prize, though, and it will be a tough road to the winner’s circle in this decorated field.
